RFQ policy
These rules apply to every quote request on Carmally. The form collects the inquiry; the quote email is the commercial offer.
Required on every RFQ
- Company name and a reachable buyer email.
- OE, casting, or FMSI-style numbers — one code per line when possible.
- Quantity per line.
- Destination (port, warehouse, or country).
Photos of worn tags, spline shots, and mounting patterns are optional but prevent follow-up delays. See the RFQ checklist guide.
What a quote means
- A catalog page is a quote key, not a promise that goods are on the shelf.
- Price, lead time, and packing are firm only in the quote email you accept.
- Nothing ships, and no purchase order is created, until you accept that quote.
- Unknown numbers are quoted as a search. The desk will say so instead of inventing stock.
- Vehicle year-make-model alone is not accepted as a substitute for the number on the part.
Reply & revisions
The desk aims to acknowledge RFQs on China business days. Revisions stay on the same email thread when possible. If the form honeypot or validation fails, resubmit with company, email, and OE list filled in.
Trademarks & fitment
Buyer codes and cross-references identify parts buyers already search. Carmally does not claim ownership of those names. Catalog rows are not a fitment guarantee for a specific truck or trailer VIN.
